Women Support Group

Support group for women on women's issues, changes, life transitions, health, work and social issues, relationships, communication, and becoming your best version. Do you often find yourself alone and would love to have a support group? You've had some changes in your life and need some support to get things going again, and/or try to figure out your next steps. This is a women's support group where we meet in a safe space to help each other thrive and be your best version. Evidenced based techniques that help with a more positive mindset will be introduced.
