This mindfulness and meditation group is offered online as a supportive space for my clients to enhance their individual therapy. This 30-minute drop-in class, held every other Monday evening at 7:30 PM MST, invites you to explore breathwork and mindfulness practices that help regulate your nervous system and cultivate mindful intention. Experience the benefits of these techniques for emotional balance and clarity. The class is $10; please note that while the payment dropdown may indicate $20, the correct fee is $10.
