Women healing from sexual trauma (In person)

This group is a safe and supportive place for women who want help healing after sexual trauma. Each week, we learn simple tools to calm the body, ease anxiety, and handle tough moments. You never have to share details of your trauma unless you want to. You can go at your own pace. Many people notice that over time they feel: Calmer, more grounded, better at dealing with triggers, kinder toward themselves, and more connected to their bodies. Group Details: Meets once a week for 8 weeks in larchmont village. Sliding scale: $50–$75 per session Up to 8 participants
