Women Healing from Sexual Trauma-Daytime Virtual

This daytime virtual 10-Weeks therapy group supports adult women healing from sexual trauma in a safe, compassionate, and empowering space. The group focuses on rebuilding a sense of safety, strengthening emotional regulation, reclaiming boundaries, reducing shame, self-blame, and restoring trust with self and others. Participants are not required to share graphic details or retell trauma stories. Healing is approached at a participant-led pace that honors choice and autonomy. The group incorporates selected exercises from The Courage to Heal Workbook as a supportive guide. Pre-group screening is required.
