Women Empowerment thru Expressive Arts and Qigong

I create a safe container for women to explore core issues through the expressive and moving arts. I believe that experiential practices such as movement, dance, vocalizing, dramatising, and art, bypass the rational mind, and are a direct route to the subconscious mind, where transformation can occur. I also have an on-going Qigong group for stress management!
