Women Anchored in Wellness

This is a women’s process group that focuses on creating a safe place for sharing experiences of addiction, relational and mental health struggles, and/or trauma and allows for new patterns to be established. This group focuses on topics such as boundaries, healthier ways of coping, and finding balance in life moving forward.
