Women & ADHD: A Virtual Support Group (Fall 2026)

This is a 6-session, virtual, trauma-informed group for women ages 30-45 with a formal or suspected ADHD diagnosis. Open to PA residents. Sessions are held on Mondays from 12-1pm starting 10/12/26. Each group session has a scheduled topic & provides space for learning, skill-building, open discussion & connection with other ADHD women. Sample topics include: ADHD in Women 101, Executive Dysfunction & Shame Spirals, Energy Management, Self-Care & Mindfulness, Non-Medication Treatment Options, Relationships, Self-Esteem & Self-Worth.
