Somatic Couples Workshop
In an all day workshop couples will discover new ways of relating and communicating with one another. You will change your thinking about conflicts in your partnership and learn how conflict can be an opportunity for more connection and deeper love. Couples will experience somatic exercises that enhance their empathy for one another and bring closeness. This is a workshop to bring your playfulness and lighten the heaviness that can burden a relationship. Leave with more insight about how your relationship functions and REAL tools that you can take and improve communication and connection.
