Finding a refuge that offers safety, trust and restoration has become vital for women of color who identify as African American, Asian, Indigenous or Latina. The goal of this group is to provide mental health support and connection for BIPOC individuals seeking safety to cope with anxiety, PTSD, stress or similar symptoms.
