DBT skills help with distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. WiseBeing: Mindfulness and DBT skills group focuses on the quality of our awareness and presence in life, as well as teaches how to cope better with: Strong reactivity to stress; Difficulty controlling and letting go of emotions; Emotional instability; Self-esteem issues; Mood-driven and Impulsive Behaviors; Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Grief Issues; Substance misuse.
