Cultivate relationships, train the mind to quiet and focus. Tame anxious thoughts that prevent healthy social connection. We offer the opportunity to connect with the body, build spatial awareness, and build connections. We have been customizing social skills training programs since 2004 to assist families living with high functioning autism. We hold groups to assist people of all ages to practice social a skills, providing the most practical opportunities to learn. These individualized social/life skills training programs teach families and individuals how to take the skills they learn in the office and apply them to their work, classroom, and family life.
