Wise Girl Workshops 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, and 7th/8th
Wise Girl Workshops happens at both Sonoma Country Day School in North Santa Rosa and McKinley School in central Petaluma! Girls will gain a well rounded experience of how to care for themselves socially, emotionally, and physically. And bonus…friendships are made! Workshops focus on the 8 Core Foundations Of Wise Girl Workshops: Making Wise Decisions, Increasing Self-Esteem and Confidence, Decreasing Stress and Anxiety, Developing Healthy Coping Skills, Finding Joy In Movement, Nutrition For Life, Understanding Technology's Impact, and Positive Body Image. Please note: Workshops are not therapy.

Girls In-Service for High School Youth
Join an amazing community focused on teen girls developing purpose through life skills/knowledge, leadership, creativity, and volunteering while having fun building friendships. Girls will develop solid skills around wellness to prepare themselves for life during and post high school. A 1x/month Core Foundation meeting and 1x/month community service project along with making great friends is what this program is all about. Summer Camp and Outdoor Adventures
Weekly summer camps are held for girls entering grades 3rd-8th at my outdoor office space in Petaluma focused on increasing self-esteem, confidence, and developing essential life skills. I also offer Wise Girl Adventures for girls entering grades 8th-11th, where we head out for 3 day/2 night trip to Point Reyes National Seashore. Workshops are not therapy.
