Winter 2018 Adult Shyness & Social Anxiety Group

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based treatment for social anxiety disorder. This therapy group is for adults who experience distress in social interactions. Interested individuals will be invited to join the group following one 75 minute pre-group screening and orientation sessions. The group is limited to group members. There will be 10 weekly sessions held at a central San Francisco location on Tuesday evenings 6:45 - 8:15pm. The fee is $90 per group meeting. GROUP WILL BEGIN LATE JAN/EARLY FEB.
