Wild Woman Project Meditation Circles
Guided Meditation, Sharing, Intention Setting Ritual and more held on or near the New Moon. These circles are not associated with a singular path or religion, but rather, an inclusive coming together with women from all paths. We all come from different spiritual/cultural backgrounds and gather around the ideas of: Sisterhood (having each other?;(tm)s backs, empowering one another), a respect for the earth (wildness, turning to nature as a teacher) and co-creation We also tend to be a heart-centered bunch, lots of laughter and tears.

Freedom from Compulsive Overeating
New ONLINE group forming. This process group will provide support and address the dynamics which underlie compulsive over eating and binge eating. Tools will be provided to make effective change. Mindfulness, stress management, interpersonal relationships, trust and body image are just some of the areas that will be addressed in the group. The group will be both process and didactic in nature. Participants must complete a 30 minute interview to determine if group will meet client needs. New group forming now.
