Why Weight?
Utilizing the "Appetite Awareness Training" technique this group focuses on gaining appreciation for all that our bodies do for us right now while learning to tune into real hunger and fullness. Using the support of the group we look at underlying psychological and emotional causes of maladaptive eating. Experiential methods are used in this group.
