Wellness and Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)

Helping individuals maintain the therapeutic skills that they have learned to maintain wellness, as well as, leaning new skills and techniques to feel better when they are not doing well. The WRAP Group is about developing a Wellness Toolbox. It is both supportive and psychoeducational. Topics Discussed: External Triggers to uncomfortable feelings, Internal Warning Signs, When emotions are braking down, Crisis Planning, Post-crisis planning, Learning Techniques to maintain wellness, such as, Deep Berating and Muscle Relaxation exercises.
