You will examine a need that is being blocked and avoided, what is keeping you stuck, frustrated, or causing negative thoughts. Plans, wishes and good dreams are written about, meditated on and discussed at the end of each session to replace negativity with positivity. The goal of this group is to adopt a more positive mindset, accept flaws, be your authentic self, build resilience, and overcome challenges.
