Well Equipped: Teen DBT

Our DBT Teen offering is a structured, skills-based DBT program designed to support adolescents and their caregivers in building effective tools for emotion regulation, communication, and managing distress. Each week, teens attend a DBT skills group alongside their caregiver, meet individually with a DBT therapist, and participate in a DBT based family session to strengthen skill use at home. The program emphasizes collaboration with existing outpatient providers and is ideal for teens needing more support than traditional therapy alone. While enrolled, both teens and caregivers have access to DBT phone coaching for reinforcement of skills in real life situations.

Well Equipped: DBT IOP
Well Equipped Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a comprehensive, skills-focused virtual program for adults seeking more support than traditional outpatient therapy provides. Participants attend three hours of DBT group therapy Monday-Thursday, where they learn and practice core DBT skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Each participant is also assigned an individual DBT therapist for weekly sessions focused on personalized goals and skill implementation. The program includes access to DBT phone coaching while enrolled, offering real-time support between sessions. This IOP is ideal for adults struggling with emotion dysregulation, impulsivity, relationship challenges, or unhelpful coping behaviors.
