Wednesday 5pm-630pm interpersonal process group

Group members have a safe place to learn about themselves and their impact on others. We focus on members' problems and relationships as they play out in group. Members are encouraged to speak up about whatever is emotionally important -- putting thoughts and feelings about group members and therapists into words . Goals involve dealing with primary relationship and family problems, career barriers, physical ailments, substance abuse or addiction (or other troublesome behaviors), and challenges to living a meaningful and creative life. Removing barriers to rich connections in group helps members improve relationships, balance lives, and achieve goals in life and work.
