Offering weekly in-person therapy group at the Monroe office. Most insurances accepted. This is a space to slow down, be heard, and connect with others who truly get it. Group work can be powerful in ways individual therapy sometimes can’t reach—there’s healing in being witnessed and in witnessing others. This group is designed to support growth, insight, and meaningful connection in a safe, inviting environment. If you’ve been feeling stuck, isolated, or just ready for something deeper, this could be a place to begin.

This six-month online discussion series is for neurotypical partners who want to better understand their own experience in a neurodiverse relationship. Topics include feeling unseen, expressing needs clearly, understanding and managing differences in expectations, and creating connection. Meetings begin with brief psychoeducation, followed by questions and moderated discussion. January-June and July-December. Fee: $250. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Matriculating through an inpatient program, either partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient, is an incredible accomplishment. You did the thing! You took the steps, followed the plan, and prioritized your health and wellness. You have gained knowledge and tools to help you move forward on your own. Sometimes this transition back into 'regular life' can be daunting or overwhelming. This group is meant to offer another level down of structure and connection, creating time and space to process with peers and practice all you learned in your program.
