Group Starts Feb 26th. Layoffs disrupt our finances, our routines, and our relationships. They are stressful and confusing, and yet we’re expected to jump into problem solving. Rarely are we given the space to talk about the complex feelings that come. The reality is that losing a job can bring up deep seated insecurities, make us doubt ourselves, and challenge our identities. This Group may be a good fit if you:
Have been recently let go.
Are struggling to deal with career uncertainty.
Feel isolated or deflated as you look for a new job.

We exist in a society that assumes success and hard work should be placed above all else in pursuit of an ideal life. These pressures lead some to believe that nothing less than perfection in their jobs, studies, relationships, and/or self concept will suffice. While high achieving people can be rewarded for their efforts, there is usually a toll we pay: chronic anxiety, self-doubt, fearing failure, relationship conflict, exhaustion, and more. This group offers a space for people to process these struggles and consider novel perspectives about achievement and how it relates to living life meaningfully.

Matriculating through an inpatient program, either partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient, is an incredible accomplishment. You did the thing! You took the steps, followed the plan, and prioritized your health and wellness. You have gained knowledge and tools to help you move forward on your own. Sometimes this transition back into 'regular life' can be daunting or overwhelming. This group is meant to offer another level down of structure and connection, creating time and space to process with peers and practice all you learned in your program.

A therapeutic processing group for people experiencing the uncertainty, activation, fatigue, hope, shame, and curiosity of life in this iteration of the United States. The group emphasizes processing not only what happens in our world, but how it impacts our experiences and how we show up in relationships. How do we hold what we are seeing, hearing, and feeling, individually and collectively? How do we find a way through the difficulty of connecting across our experiences? This group provides a space to explore what emerges when we risk naming and facing the fullness of ourselves in the reality of this time and place.
