I have worked with individuals, couples, and families for more than 20 years, helping people to become the healthy, productive people they were meant to be. Good therapy is hard work, requiring a safe environment, a trusting therapeutic relationship, and mutual respect. It can be the most rewarding work someone will ever enter into. I want to be the therapist for people who are willing to work to achieve their most desired goals, be it individual growth, compatible, productive relationships, or a more peaceful and nurturing family life.
This is an ongoing men's group that meets on Tuesday's at 4pm. A participant may start on any Tuesday, as long as there is room in the class. The class is educational and is not usually covered by health insurance. The cost is $360.00 for 12 sessions if you pay in advance, due at the time you begin. Payment is by Zelle, Venmo or credit card (extra fee). If you would like to pay one session at a time the cost is $40.00 per session for as many sessions as you want or need.

We have a core group of local meditation regulars and we welcome newcomers. We sit in silence for 30 minutes. I offer a little guidance to get us started but it's mostly silence and stillness. Lots of sitting options; couch, chairs, floor. There is no rules about moving or not moving. After the sitting we will listen to an edited recording of a well known Buddhist teacher (usually about 20-25 minutes), have a little group discussion about our practice and the talk we just heard.
