This 15 session group will guide you in redirecting your life by accessing undiscovered or shadowed parts of the psyche, embodying your true self in session and with homework, and somatic and artful expression of the self. Cost for the program is $750, sessions will last 90 minutes and consist of 6 consistent participants. Some art supplies will be needed: poster board, 10 magazines, glue stick, markers, notebook.
