Virtual Women’s Support Group

In this weekly virtual women’s support group - Participants will learn to: Identify triggers, redirect/reframe distressing thoughts, self-regulate, cope more effectively with stressors, decrease isolation, and begin to navigate conflicts in healthier ways. The individual assessment fee is $100 or if with Cigna insurance, you may need only to provide your copay. Pre-payment is due 2 group sessions at a time ($80 total, $40/group).
