Virtual Women’s Inner Child Healing Group
This group is designed for women who want a supportive virtual space where they can connect with other women while healing their inner child in order to live a life of more vitality, courage, and strength. Participants will learn how to connect with their inner child and heal the wounded parts of themselves that affect how they currently show up in relationships with friends, family, and partners. Group sessions will utilize somatic tools, mindfulness, and self-compassion to soothe their inner child and support their inner teenager to foster healing and growth.
