Navigating sociopolitical stressors can be overwhelming, and having a safe space where people can connect, share, and process emotions is crucial. This group will assist participants in finding a balance between expressing their emotions and focusing on empowering solutions. Fees can be billed to insurance and uninsured members will pay $20 per group session.
