Virtual Relapse Prevention Group
The Virtual Relapse Prevention Group is a virtual group that meets every third Wednesday of the month at 5:30-7:00 ($65). This group is a forum for clients who have already completed an active round of treatment so that they can share their experiences and tips with others who are at a similar stage of recovery. We tend to have attendees with OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, PTSD, and eating disorders. I use ERP and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to facilitate discussions.
