Virtual Psychodrama Group Therapy - Winter 2025

Are you feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns and relationships? Are you hoping to unpack messages you received early in life in order to be healthy and free? Psychodrama is an active group therapy process that helps folks embody relationships to themselves and others using facilitated role play. A psychodrama-trained therapist guides the group through warm-up, action, and reflection, and members provide support and insight. Due to the cathartic nature of this work, the group requires a full session commitment, is limited to 8 members, and involves a brief interview to begin. No experience necessary.
