Telehealth groups Only at this time. Having difficulty controlling your emotions? Do you yell and loose control of what you say to your loved ones? Do you loose it during traffic? Have racing thoughts and unable to shut off the negative emotions? It is an epidemic. It is passed down from parent to child. It doesn't have to be that way. We will look at causes, coping strategies and support for those who see themselves in hopeless situations. Groups are small so it makes for a more interactive experience. Currently accepting new clients. An individual intake session is required prior to starting group.
