Virtual Meal Support

An informal/unstructured meal support group for anyone who feels like they would benefit from having company and conversation while eating. Whether you're in recovery from an eating disorder, experiencing body image distress, or longing for connection, this group is for you. This group is intended to help mealtimes feel less stressful and gently guide you toward intuitive eating. There is no expectation that you finish your meal- trying and showing up is enough! Group members are welcome to share anything going on in their lives as we all eat lunch together.
