Virtual Group Therapy for Chronic Depression

Beginning Sunday, January 11, 2026, this 90-minute telehealth therapy group is designed for adults living with chronic or treatment-resistant depression that has not responded to typical first-line antidepressants and/or therapy. This virtual group meets online and offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore the challenges of ongoing depression while building understanding and skills. Each week includes psychoeducation on second-line treatment options, coping strategies, group discussion, and a themed curriculum with reflective prompts and practical tools. The group is grounded in a compassion-focused, nonpathologizing approach that honors resilience, context, and connection.
