Virtual Grief & Loss Support Group
Ongoing weekly virtual grief support group for adults in Massachusetts grieving the death of someone significant within the last 10 years. This is a small, trauma-informed group focused on grief, memory, coping, continuing bonds, and feeling less alone. The group offers space to speak honestly about loss without pressure to “move on” or grieve in a certain way. Meets Wednesdays from 6:30–8:00 p.m. and is currently accepting new members.

Limited to 6 members. The group is planned to begin at the end of July 2026, with final dates and time confirmed with participants before starting.
