Virtual Empty Nesters Support Group

It can be exciting & challenging when your children grow up and leave the nest. The Empty Nest Syndrome has three stages: Grief, relief, & joy. This group is designed to facilitate a supportive environment that acknowledges these stages with conversations around topics such as learning new coping skills for this life stage, creating routines & healthy boundaries for yourself, finding new goals/deeper sense of purpose, & many other things :). It’s highly encouraged for group members to also participate in individual therapy to address deeper underlying issues like trauma. We’re looking forward to walking with you on this memorable journey together :).
