Virtual Eating and Body Image Support Group

This group creates a safe space for anyone struggling with disordered eating or body image issues to find support in navigating diet culture and learn skills to tolerate uncomfortable emotions that drive eating disorder behaviors and body image distress. We will explore the emotional component of eating disorders, how to advocate for yourself in diet spaces, and how to achieve freedom and agency when it comes to food and body.
