DBT group meets 90 minutes weekly in three 8 week modules (6-7 months) and requires a commitment. This is for women like you who want to learn the modules: core mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation. These skills teach you how to deal with issues in your life, stop negative impulsive behaviors, overcome emptiness, feelings of worthlessness, improve relationships, and more.
