Virtual Creative Expression Group

The Creative Expression group meets regularly on Zoom. Creative projects are developed to help you reflect on personally meaningful themes and teach wellness education. Each group is unique and will walk you through how to elicit a creative response to the theme. Projects are posted on the website. Participants register for the group and then follow prompts to make their creative response at home before the group. Zoom sessions are focused on group sharing, discussion, and wellness education.
