The Imagination Circle - A Creative Healing group
The Imagination Circle is an online therapy group for women experiencing anxiety, panic, trauma symptoms, stress, and burnout. Led by LCSW-S Shannon Geneen Kelly, this trauma-informed group uses mindfulness, somatic techniques, and parts-informed therapy to support emotional regulation and nervous system stabilization. Sessions include guided discussion and journaling in a supportive, structured group. Limited to 8 women. Insurance accepted.
