If anger, reactivity, or conflict has been affecting your relationships, work, or peace of mind, this group offers a nonjudgmental space to understand what is happening and begin changing the pattern. This therapist-led virtual group focuses on triggers, emotional regulation, accountability, communication, healthy boundaries, and what may be underneath the anger. It is appropriate for adults who are choosing to work on anger personally, as well as those who may need structured support for court, employer, or accountability-related reasons. Documentation of attendance and completion can be provided when appropriate. Group meets online. Sliding scale: $30–$40 per session.

We’ll practice grounding, nervous system regulation, boundary work, and ways to slow the spiral before it takes over. This is a supportive space to practice new ways of responding to stress so you can feel more steady and in control.
