Virtual Adult Autism Support Group
This weekly virtual support group is designed to help autistic individuals connect with other adults on the autism spectrum. Each session includes a combination of psychoeducation (covering topics like sensory regulation, communication styles, masking, and executive functioning) and counselor-led processing time (where group members can share their experiences and support one another in a safe, affirming space). Whether you're newly diagnosed or have known for years, this group offers a place to explore your identity, build connection, and grow in self-awareness with others who get it. An official diagnosis is required.

Participants will have a chance to connect with one another over various activities including: Birthday celebrations (Each month a birthday celebration to practice interpersonal skills), Arts and crafts (pumpkin carving or DIY ornaments), and more!

HER: Women's Group
Healing. Empowerment. Resilience. The Well will be launching HER in July 2026. HER is a supportive space for women to come together and process a variety of women’s issues. This group offers a safe, confidential environment to share experiences, explore challenges, and gain insight and support from others who understand.
