DBT Family Skills Training (DBT-FST) group adaptation is a family program. Through a series of twelve sessions, family members and partners will learn skills to better cope and support their loved one struggling with emotional dysregulation.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program
The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program is a fully adherent program by providing treatment through individual therapy, group skills training, phone coaching, and consultation team. Our counselors are intensively or foundational training through Behavioral Tech.

Trauma Informed Care
We are a trauma informed practice offering services for Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). PE gradually helps you approach traumatic memories in order to decrease symptoms of PTSD. CPT helps to address and evaluate inaccurate thoughts of trauma to change how you feel. Both therapies are evidence based for trauma and are shown to decrease symptoms of PTSD. Please call for pricing.
