Vaping & E-Cigarettes
Vaping is a national issue that we are not only seeing impact adults, but it is taking over the lives of our youth as well. We will not only discuss the physical effects of vaping, but we will discuss statistics as well as its impact on mental health. For grades 5 to 12. We will help clients to understand that E-cigarettes are addictive, unhealthy, and not as popular as they think, understand E-cigarette advertising tricks and techniques, resist curiosity to experiment with E-cigarettes and practice resisting peer pressure, and even Influence others to not use E-cigarettes.

We offer a 5 session class that would fit the needs of a first time parent, court mandated parent, parent who is adopting a child, and even a parent who feels they are struggling with parenting in this ever changing society that they are raising their kids in today. With a goal of not only providing skill to our clients but providing a different perspective on mental health and parenting as a whole. Certificate provided upon completing class.
