Our mission is to create a trauma-informed, compassionate, and confidential space where first responders can safely explore and heal from the cumulative impact of their service. Grounded in an understanding of the unique stressors and exposures faced in emergency response roles, our group fosters trust, peer connection, and emotional resilience. We are committed to honoring each individual’s experience without judgment, supporting recovery through education, empowerment, and evidence-based practices that prioritize safety, choice, and collaboration.

Codependency is a concept that is often misunderstood, and its expression in mental health discussions can be limiting. Traditional approaches to healing codependency can inadvertently pathologize the condition, fostering shame, guilt, and a sense of being "less-than." Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a compassionate and non-pathologizing framework for understanding and healing codependency. IFS recognizes that we all have parts of ourselves that have developed in response to early-life experiences and external messages from our families, communities, and culture. These parts once served protective functions, but over time, they may have become exaggerated or misaligned, causing distress.

At Keystone Therapy Group, we believe great therapy begins with the therapist. Our Unmasked Supervision Program empowers residents to discover their authentic selves, integrate who they truly are into clinical work, and cultivate confidence as a new therapist. Through guided supervision, peer support, and realworld clinical guidance, you’ll develop the skills, resilience, and self-awareness needed to thrive— without losing yourself in the process. Join a community where your growth matters as much as your clients’ healing.

These are the struggles I help most: untangling anxiety, healing the invisible weight of trauma, and repairing the cracks in relationships.

Closed experiential group for students, residents, and licensed professionals in mental healthcare field (counselors; social workers; psychologists; dance, art, or music therapists; psychiatrists; life coaches). It is offered virtually or in-person. The group will provide a safe space for working through stuck points that sometimes manifest during client sessions; provide an opportunity for students, interns, and residents in the mental care field to gain a personal experience in the role of a client even if they don’t have a diagnosable mental health struggle; and provide a stage to concretize or give dimension and space to the intrapsychic process.

Religious trauma is a very specific subset of CPTSD, finding other individuals that have experienced this type of trauma can be difficult and explaining what you have gone through to someone who has not gone through it often can get you a deer in headlights stare. I would like to provide you a safe space to be able to process through what you have gone through. I was in the Mormon church in Utah until I was 13 - I feel that lived experience is an important piece to religious trauma. I hope I can support you on your journey!

I choose to use a trauma-focused lens, leaning into somatic and IFS therapy, allowing us to use expressive arts to access parts of the brain that may not be used in other forms of therapy.

Women Rising is an online support and personal development group for women healing from domestic violence, emotional abuse, or coercive control and it offers a spacious, welcoming circle where the presence of other women becomes part of the medicine. There is something ancient in us that steadies when we sit with one another, something that softens and strengthens at the same time, and this group honors that instinct. Over ninety minutes, we move together through themes of boundaries, self-trust, clarity and the slow return to inner safety, creating a warm, sustaining sisterhood for those ready to rise in community.

When should I seek treatment for trauma?
Not everyone who undergoes trauma needs therapy to heal, but many do. If, after experiencing a traumatic event, you find yourself struggling with symptoms such as nightmares, dissociation, irritability, or emotional numbness—especially if these symptoms last more than a month and are severe enough to interfere with your daily functioning—you may benefit from seeking out therapy with a trauma-informed provider.
How long does trauma therapy take?
Different types of therapy for trauma unfold on different timelines. Prolonged exposure therapy and cognitive processing therapy, for example, each take about three months, while trauma-informed CBT may last anywhere from 8 to 25 sessions. Other approaches, especially those that are less structured or that incorporate elements from multiple modalities, may be more open-ended, though many patients report feeling better within the first few months of treatment.
What happens if trauma is left untreated?
Unaddressed trauma can have serious—even devastating—effects on relationships, career, and day-to-day functioning. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can lead people to distrust or lash out at others, making it difficult to maintain intimate relationships; it can also trigger symptoms such as flashbacks or hyperreactivity that can interfere with a person’s ability to function effectively, personally and/or professionally. Some sufferers turn to drugs to find relief. Symptoms may lessen on their own with time, but there is no guarantee that PTSD will resolve on its own.
Can PTSD come back after treatment?
It is possible for PTSD symptoms to recur months or years after successful treatment. This is because, like most mental health disorders, it is not possible to “cure” PTSD, and stressful life events may cause symptoms to recur in even the most resilient individuals. There is no shame in re-experiencing PTSD symptoms nor in returning to therapy when such relapses occur; indeed, many forms of trauma therapy explicitly encourage periodic “maintenance sessions” to reinforce coping skills and ensure that symptoms stay manageable.
