Process group for teen girls navigating today's complicated world. We process anxiety including social anxiety,panic, low self-esteem, body image issues and negative thinking patterns. We cover issues related to depression, school stress, and parental conflict. This group is limited to 6-8 clients at a time and pre-screening is recommended for the best fit of clients to form a cohesive and supportive group environment. Closed experiential group for students, residents, and licensed professionals in mental healthcare field (counselors; social workers; psychologists; dance, art, or music therapists; psychiatrists; life coaches). It is offered virtually or in-person. The group will provide a safe space for working through stuck points that sometimes manifest during client sessions; provide an opportunity for students, interns, and residents in the mental care field to gain a personal experience in the role of a client even if they don’t have a diagnosable mental health struggle; and provide a stage to concretize or give dimension and space to the intrapsychic process.

This is a DBT skills group for adults. The group meets weekly for 60 minutes and the focus is learning various DBT skills. DBT focuses on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Participants should expect to be given homework and to practice using skills outside of group sessions.

Group members will learn executive functioning skills, time management, coping skills, mindfulness practices and more. Group will cap at 14 students. Cost is $40/session. Payment plans available.

This Art Therapy group encourages children to identify, name, and express strong emotions in a healthy manner using art projects for self-exploration and selfregulation. Our DBT skills group emphasizes Linehan’s four core concepts to help regulate emotions and behaviors: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Along with these and other skills that focus on acceptance and change, group members will learn to tolerate emotional stress that is free of judgment and urges. Group members are required to also attend individual therapy sessions in order to remain in the group.

Our group will have a maximum of 7 children and while we'll be working, your kids will never know it. We'll incorporate fun and games so that your child will feel more comfortable with the psychologist as well as the other kids. This group is perfect for kids with social anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other issues that may be affecting their relationships.
