Music and Mandalas for Mindfulness
This group will offer people the opportunity to learn how mandalas and music can be used to develop greater self-awareness and self-confidence, and to work through blocks to creativity. Music has the capacity to evoke insights, images and memories that are in our inner world, and can be represented in mandalas which often illuminate what may be out of our conscious awareness. We will also explore the use of poetry, journaling and other creative expressions to enhance self-discovery.

Meditation and Music for Stress Reduction
This group is for people who want to explore how mind-body approaches can reduce the anxiety, worry, and stress that interfere with one's personal and professional lives. Mindfulness meditation helps people connect more deeply to the present moment and begin to let go of negative thinking that creates anxiety. Music integrated with mindfulness meditation can be used to promote a sense of balance, relaxation, and healing. We will also explore the benefits of guided imagery, mandalas, poetry and journaling for stress reduction. Many people find that groups are healing in themselves and enjoy learning from one another.

Are you wanting to engage your creativity but have difficulty getting started? Do you keep encountering roadblocks like fear and the "inner critic" when you do start to follow through with your creative urges? Join other women on a similar journey to answer their soul's call to connect more deeply with their creativity. We will focus on using music and imagery, mandalas, poetry and relaxation strategies to move through blocks and engage with inner wisdom and the creative process. Members will learn how to coach each other to maintain focus and provide accountability between groups.
