Trauma Tool Kit Book Study and Class
This 8 week class will give you tips, techniques, education and exercises to help manage and even overcome your PTSD or traumatic stress. Based on my book, The Trauma Tool Kit: Healing PTSD From the Inside Out you will learn how PTSD affects every dimension of the human being. You will have a chance to learn and apply holistic healing to your life in a safe, well-contained format. This is not a therapy group but a class where you can come to heal at your own pace. Classes are offered 3-4 times/year.
Support Group for PTSD
This support group is offered to graduates of the class based on The Trauma Tool Kit. It is not a psychotherapy group but rather a place people can come to learn more about healing their PTSD symptoms and gain support, caring and laughter. Topics change monthly. It is a drop-in format.
Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki I and II
I offer trauma informed Reiki I and II classes for clients and practitioners. These are two all-day workshops and qualify the participant to become a Reiki practitioner. Class includes a handbook and certificate.
