I facilitated Ups & Downs Support Group for 13 years. During Covid we were online. 2022 we are back in-person! Ups & Downs is for anyone experiencing loss (job, pet, age, health, relationship), Grief, (death of spouse, child, sibling, depression, & anxiety.) Finding connections & a listening ear is so important! Everyone is invited to come & bring a friend! We meet the First Friday of each month from 6:30-7:30 pm at 9107 Taylorsville Rd. (Forest Hills Assisted Living Facility in the Activity Room.) Come meet caring people who care about you! More info: 502-553-7386. Cost is $5 & Free to Forest Hills Residents.
