Unmasked: An ADHD Support & Skills Group

Unmasked is a 12-week ADHD support and skills group for adults seeking practical help with daily functioning, emotional steadiness, and creating systems that make life feel more manageable. It’s a warm, shame-free space where you don’t have to mask or downplay how hard things have felt. The group is especially supportive for newly diagnosed adults, college students, and late-diagnosed women, yet open to anyone wanting clarity and compassion. Over twelve weeks, we explore the emotional and practical sides of ADHD and practice simple strategies that fit your brain. Unmasked is strengths-based and gently paced.

Connected: Dating with Intention
Connected is a 6-week psychoeducational dating group for adults ages 18–30 who want to approach dating with greater intention and self-understanding. Drawing from attachment theory, Emotionally Focused principles, and Gottman-informed skills, the group supports participants in understanding attraction patterns, recognizing limerence, strengthening boundaries, and making more grounded dating choices. Each week includes guided discussion, experiential exercises, and practical tools for discernment. Connected is well suited for those who want to better understand their dating patterns, feel more empowered in their dating lives, and learn how to choose partners who genuinely align with their values.
