Understanding Self and Others - In Person
This therapy group is open to adults looking to connect, relate, and deepen their self-understanding, particularly around communication, relationships, and relating to others. Group members discuss issues with depression, anxiety, relationships, stress, family, and loss. Members also observe and explore their reactions and feelings as they occur during the session to gain greater insight that can be applied to their relationships and life outside of the group. Supervision Group for Therapists - Virtual
This virtual, weekly supervision group is open to therapists of all degrees and experience levels seeking to deepen their clinical work through an integrative, psychodynamically informed, relational lens. The group emphasizes meeting clients’ immediate needs using skills-based interventions while conceptualizing treatment within a longer-term, growth-oriented psychodynamic frame. Participants will refine the balance between depth and immediacy, containment and change. Members are encouraged to bring challenging case material, including therapeutic impasses. Couples cases will focus on dyadic dynamics, attachment patterns, interlocking transferences, and the therapist’s relational stance, utilizing EFT, Gottman Method, family systems, narrative, and others approaches.
