Join us for The Daring Way, a life-changing, interactive, in-person, weekend retreat based on the research of Brené Brown, PhD, MSW. Led by therapists and Certified Daring Way Facilitator, Rebecca Hamlin. This group focuses on courage-building, shame resilience, and uncovering the power of vulnerability. Together, we will explore the topics of courage, vulnerability, shame, and perfectionism, and get curious about the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that hold us back. We will have the opportunity to make new choices and create practices that will move us to a more authentic and wholehearted way of living.
