This group is a safe space to process the grief, uncertainty and unspoken guilt that often arises following the loss of pregnancy/miscarriage. Topics covered in this group include: Understanding My Feelings, Explaining Pregnancy Loss to a Sibling, Interacting with Family and Friends, Managing Grief within Your Relationship/Marriage, Coping with Anniversaries and Holidays. 6/17/25-8/4/25 This 8-week closed group offers a safe and supportive space for individuals recovering from disordered eating. Each session combines psychoeducation, group processing, and grounding techniques to promote healing and connection. Topics include the emotional and biological roots of eating disorders, power and control, family and food culture, shame and isolation, communication, self-compassion, and recovery resources. Sessions are structured with a consistent flow: icebreaker, topic discussion, guided processing, and a calming “safe place” exercise to close. Ideal for those in outpatient care looking for community and deeper insight. Pre-screening required.

This is an educational, interactive group which teaches how to recognize and control the big emotions teens face during these years. As teens grow into young adults, changes within the body with hormones can cause overwhelming feelings and this group teaches to recognize, process and manage in appropriate and healthy ways. Self-Control Boot Camp is an educational group which teaches teens how to recognize and control their big emotions. As teens grow into young adults, changes within the body, hormones, and emotions can become overwhelming. Self-Control Boot Camp teaches teens how to understand their feelings and process them in a healthy way. In my office, I offer educational, interactive groups which uses many techniques to teach, and and reinforce skills. This group will meet every Tuesday from 5:00 pm for an hour. The first session will start on Monday, August 26, 2024 and last for 5 weeks. This is private pay only.

"Think Good, Feel Good" is a cognitive therapy, interactive group which teaches and reinforces restructuring thought patterns to create new patterns within one's mind. When negative thoughts are replaced with positive thoughts, positive emotions will also arise. Thoughts create emotions which then can affect one's behaviors. An ADULT group will begin on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 5:00pm and will last five consecutive weeks. A TEEN group will begin on September 30th, 2024 at 5:00 pm and will last for five consecutive weeks. The groups are private pay only and will be $65.00 a session.
